1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Bucko web application ("App") operated by Bucko Labs LLC ("Bucko," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must be:

• At least 13 years old
• Located in a region where use of the App is lawful
• In full compliance with these Terms

3. Service Overview

Bucko is a web application designed to help users reflect on their lifestyle spending and discover companies they may want to explore as potential investments.

The app is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not provide financial advice or facilitate the purchase/sale of securities.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Bucko offers paid subscription plans through Stripe.

• You agree that all payments, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your account settings
• You can cancel your subscription at any time via your profile settings
• Refund requests should be directed to support@bucko.ai

5. Use of Plaid and Linked Accounts

By connecting your financial accounts, you authorize us to use Plaid Inc. to access your financial data solely for generating educational content within the App.

You may disconnect your linked accounts at any time. We do not store or access your bank login credentials.

6. User Conduct

By using Bucko, you agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the App
• Circumvent payment or subscription systems
• Use Bucko to harass, impersonate, or exploit other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to terminate access to the App for violations of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including design, branding, logos, AI insights, and copy — is owned by Bucko Labs LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make
• Bucko is not liable for losses, gains, or outcomes based on app content
• Always consult a licensed financial advisor for real investment guidance

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bucko Labs LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Business interruptions
• Errors or omissions in content
• Financial decisions made based on app suggestions

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months (if any).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
