Mobile terms
These mobile terms apply when you use Bucko on an iPhone. They add to the rest of these Terms. The Bucko iOS 2.0 release is an education and market-research app. It does not connect a broker, hold money or securities, place trades, manage a prop-firm account, or promise that an investment or trade will make money.
By accessing or using the Bucko website, web application, iOS app, or related services (together, the "App") operated by Bucko Labs LLC ("Bucko," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
To use the App, you must be:
Bucko operates an ecosystem of educational and informational tools for personal finance, investing, and trading. The App and its sub-surfaces include Bucko Board, Screenshot Analysis, Bucko's trading tools, the Bucko Indicator, and the Monko automation tools. These products help users understand their own financial picture, study markets, and make more informed decisions. They are not a substitute for a licensed financial, legal, tax, or investment professional.
The entire App is for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and nothing should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, contract, or instrument.
Our goal is to help users learn to trade better and, ultimately, to outgrow any need to rely on our tools. We are not a broker-dealer, not a registered investment adviser (RIA), not a fiduciary, and not a commodity trading advisor (CTA). Any trade that reaches a real brokerage account is executed by the user or by software the user has chosen to enable — not by Bucko.
Monko is an educational automation tool. It is not a portfolio manager, not a signal service, and not a guaranteed strategy. If you connect a real brokerage account and enable Monko, you are directing automated software to place orders on your behalf. You accept full responsibility for every order placed.
By enabling Monko or any other autonomous Bucko tool, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
Bucko operates as a non-custodial software platform. We do not receive, hold, transmit, custody, or manage customer funds or securities — whether traditional assets, equities, options, futures, forex, commodities, or cryptocurrency. Any order routed through any Bucko surface (Monko, the Alpha Agent, signal relays, webhook bridges, or any other automation) is transmitted to a third-party broker, prop firm, or exchange that you selected and authorized via their own APIs. That third party — not Bucko — holds your funds, executes your orders, and is responsible for clearing, settlement, custody, margin, and regulatory reporting.
Registration requirements imposed by regulators such as the SEC, FINRA, the CFTC, the NFA, and FinCEN typically apply to entities that hold or transmit customer funds, or that provide personalized investment advice for compensation. Bucko does none of those things. We provide educational software, analysis tools, and automation you direct — not advisory, brokerage, custody, money-transmission, or commodity-pool services. We periodically review our operations with a view to ongoing compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Nothing in these Terms should be construed as a representation that Bucko is a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator, money transmitter, money services business, or financial institution. It is none of those things.
Bucko integrates with third-party brokers, prop firms, and data providers — including but not limited to Tradovate, AlphaFutures, Apex, Lucid, Traidify, Polygon, Alpaca, and others — via their official APIs (such as OAuth tokens).
Bucko uses third-party large-language models, inference providers, and data feeds (including but not limited to OpenRouter, Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, Polygon, Alpaca, Kalshi, and Polymarket) to power its agents and features. These third parties set and change their own models, pricing, rate limits, content policies, and availability at their discretion. Bucko does not warrant the accuracy, currency, completeness, or availability of any output from any such third party.
AI output can be wrong, stale, hallucinated, biased, or incomplete. Any signal, grade, briefing, chart read, play idea, or automated trade decision produced inside the App must be independently verified by you before it is relied upon with real capital. Bucko Board uses tested deterministic rules for metrics, hierarchy placement, and reason codes. AI may explain or discuss those stored results, but it does not replace or alter the underlying calculation. Bucko is not liable for any decision made in reliance on AI output, nor for any outage, degradation, or policy change at an upstream model or data provider.
Nothing in the App — whether from the Bucko Indicator, Monko, Scout, Warden, Coach, Oracle, Herald, the Guide, any other AI persona, community surface, or Bucko-published content — constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, hold, hedge, or size any security, contract, derivative, cryptocurrency, or other instrument in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful. All content is educational and/or entertainment in nature.
You acknowledge that brokers, exchanges, and proprietary trading firms each maintain their own rules regarding the use of third-party tools, including but not limited to automated trading systems, copy traders, signal services, and technical indicators. Some platforms prohibit automation entirely; some additionally prohibit "association" with third-party tools regardless of whether automated execution occurred on their platform.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of any Bucko Labs LLC product — including but not limited to the Bucko Liquidity Engine indicator, Monko, the Station, Copy Trader, and any Discord, community, or related service — is permitted under the rules of any platform on which you trade.
Bucko Labs LLC makes no representation or warranty that its products are compatible with, permitted by, or safe to use on any specific third-party platform. You assume all risk of enforcement action by any third-party platform, including but not limited to account closure, payout denial, and platform bans. You agree to indemnify and hold Bucko Labs LLC harmless from any claim arising from such enforcement action.
Direct Bucko Investor, Super, and Omni web subscriptions are sold through Stripe. Legacy subscriptions may continue through Skool or Whop, and iOS subscription plans may be sold through Apple's StoreKit. The exact amount due today, renewal amount, billing interval, trial eligibility, and other offer terms are shown by the payment provider before you pay.
Plaid connections are not available in the Bucko iOS 2.0 release. This section applies only if you intentionally connect an account through a Bucko service where Plaid is available.
By connecting your financial accounts, you authorize us to use Plaid Inc. to access the account and transaction data you select for Bucko Board's cash-flow, spending, recurring-income, debt, and financial-picture tools.
Plaid connections are optional and read only. You may disconnect your linked accounts at any time. We do not store or access your bank login credentials.
By using Bucko, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to terminate access to the App for violations of these terms.
All content in the App — including design, branding, logos, AI insights, and copy — is owned by Bucko Labs LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without written permission.
Bucko does NOT provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice. Every surface of the App — including AI-generated briefings, signals, play ideas, chart analysis, macro takes, behavioral reads, and automated trade decisions made by Monko — is educational and/or entertainment content. Nothing you see here is a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell anything.
By using the App you expressly agree that:
THE APP AND ALL OF ITS FEATURES, AGENTS, INDICATORS, SIGNALS, BRIEFINGS, AUTOMATIONS, DATA, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUCKO LABS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, ADVISORS, AND LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, DATA INTEGRITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY BUCKO OR ANY AI PERSONA CREATES A WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.
Automated trading systems (including Monko and any auto-execution feature) carry inherent risks, including significant financial loss. Such systems operate on predetermined algorithms and AI models that may not fully adapt to changing market conditions, news events, illiquidity, gaps, slippage, latency, API outages, or broker downtime, and may therefore be unsuitable for some traders. You are advised to thoroughly assess your financial situation, risk tolerance, and the exact behavior of the automation before enabling it — and to monitor it continuously while it is running.
Testimonials, reviews, screenshots, leaderboard entries, Hall of Records placements, and performance examples appearing on our site or within the App may not be representative of the experience of other users and are not a guarantee or predictor of future performance or success. Individual results vary and most traders lose money. Any profitability claim — ours, a featured user's, or a third party's — should be treated as anecdotal and verified independently.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bucko Labs LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for:
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months (if any).
Consequential Damages Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bucko is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenues, lost opportunities, lost data, or loss of goodwill, even if Bucko has been advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, statute, or otherwise) and survive any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bucko Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, advisors, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the App; (b) any order, trade, or position initiated or authorized via any account you connect to the App, including orders placed by Monko or any other automation you enable; (c) your violation of these Terms, any applicable law, any broker or prop-firm agreement, or any third-party right; (d) content you submit or share through the App; or (e) your negligence or willful misconduct.
Bucko is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including: acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, pandemic, fire, flood, power or internet outage, third-party data-feed or model interruption, broker or exchange downtime, prop-firm system failure, OAuth token expiration or revocation, cloud-provider incident, or cyberattack. You remain responsible for positions and accounts during any such event.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the App, the Disclaimer, the Privacy Policy, or your relationship with Bucko (a "Dispute") will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a reputable arbitration provider in the State of California, USA, under that provider's then-current rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AND BUCKO EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND ANY RIGHT TO BRING, JOIN, OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Disputes must be brought only in your individual capacity. If this class-action waiver is held unenforceable, the entire arbitration provision shall be severed and Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, to whose jurisdiction you consent.
Notwithstanding the above, (a) either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and (b) either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for misuse of intellectual property or breach of confidentiality.
30-Day Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to support@bucko.ai within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, email, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law. No failure or delay by Bucko to exercise any right under these Terms is a waiver of that right.
These Terms, the Disclaimer, and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Bucko with respect to the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; Bucko may assign these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
