1. Agreement and eligibility
These Affiliate Program Terms are an agreement between Bucko Labs LLC ("Bucko," "we," "us," or "our") and each person or entity participating in Bucko Partners ("you" or "affiliate"). You must be at least 18 years old, have authority to enter this agreement, provide accurate account and payment information, and comply with applicable laws and platform rules. Our general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are incorporated by reference.
2. Eligible referrals and attribution
The current program covers eligible Super Bucko and Omni Bucko web subscription payments attributed through Rewardful. You must use the referral link or token issued to your account. The current referral window is 7 days. Tracking may fail when a visitor blocks or deletes cookies, changes devices or browsers, or otherwise prevents attribution. Rewardful's recorded attribution is the program record unless Bucko confirms a correction.
3. Commission
As of the effective date, the campaign pays 20% of each eligible payment actually recorded for an attributed customer. The current campaign has no set maximum number of eligible payments or maximum commission period. Estimates on Bucko pages are examples only. Rewardful's commission record controls the amount.
Commission is not earned on your own purchases, fraudulent or manipulated referrals, transactions that violate these terms, or payments that are refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, canceled, or otherwise voided. Bucko may withhold, offset, or reverse invalid commission.
4. Pending period, threshold, and payment
Commission currently remains pending for 30 days and is subject to a $100 USD minimum payout threshold. Pending commission is not yet payable. Bucko processes valid commission after Rewardful marks it due, the threshold is met, and required payment and tax information has been provided. A threshold is not a guarantee of a particular payment date. Contact support if a due balance remains unpaid. You are responsible for taxes, filings, and fees associated with your commission.
5. Required disclosure and truthful promotion
Place a clear, conspicuous affiliate disclosure near each recommendation or link whenever required by law or platform policy. A suitable starting point is: "I may earn a commission if you purchase Bucko through my link, at no additional cost to you."
Describe products, prices, and availability accurately. Bucko is educational software, not financial advice. You may not promise or imply profits, returns, funded-account results, pass rates, guaranteed outcomes, risk-free trading, or that Bucko is a broker, investment adviser, fiduciary, or commodity trading advisor. Clearly state that Super is manual and that Omni automation is optional and limited by user-enabled controls.
6. Prohibited activity
- Self-referrals or purchases made primarily to collect commission.
- Cookie stuffing, hidden redirects, fake traffic, bots, or attribution manipulation.
- Spam, unlawful messages, deceptive posts, impersonation, or false endorsements.
- Incentives, rebates, or coupon claims that Bucko has not approved in writing.
- Bidding on Bucko names or trademarks in paid search without written approval.
- Using Bucko marks in a domain, account name, app, or page that could appear official.
- Content that is unlawful, discriminatory, harassing, obscene, or harmful to Bucko or its users.
7. Brand and marketing materials
While your account is active, Bucko grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use current approved materials only to promote Bucko under this program. Do not materially alter logos, product names, screenshots, or claims; imply sponsorship beyond the affiliate relationship; sublicense assets; or register Bucko intellectual property. Stop using the materials when requested or when participation ends.
8. Monitoring, suspension, and termination
Bucko may review referral activity and promotional content. We may suspend tracking, withhold disputed amounts, or end participation for suspected fraud, legal or platform risk, misleading claims, brand misuse, inactivity, or breach of these terms. Either party may end participation at any time. Valid commission earned before termination remains subject to the pending period, threshold, reversals, and fraud review. Fraudulent or prohibited activity is not payable.
9. Program changes
Bucko may change eligible products, rates, attribution rules, pending periods, thresholds, materials, or these terms as the program evolves. We will post material changes here or communicate them through Rewardful. Continued participation after a change takes effect means you accept it. Accrued, valid commission will not be reduced solely because of a later rate change.
10. Relationship, warranties, and disputes
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, broker, partner, joint venturer, or representative authorized to bind Bucko. The program and materials are provided as available without a promise of traffic, conversion, revenue, or commission. Liability limits, indemnity, governing law, arbitration, and other dispute provisions in Bucko's general Terms of Service apply to this program. If these terms conflict with the general Terms solely about affiliate participation, these Affiliate Program Terms control.

Email support@bucko.ai with program, attribution, payment, or permission questions. Do not assume an exception is approved unless Bucko confirms it in writing.
