Let's get you unstuck.

Start with the quick fixes below. If you still need help, email the Bucko team and tell us what happened.

Include your Bucko account email, iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and the step that failed. Never email a password, card number, bank login, or recovery code.

Membership and billing

Apple handles App Store payments

If you joined inside the iPhone app, Apple handles the payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund request. Bucko cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you.

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Choose Bucko to view, change, or cancel your plan.

Trial eligibility and the final price are shown by Apple before you confirm. Eligibility can vary by Apple Account.

Restore purchases

Paid, but still locked?

  1. Sign in to the Bucko account you want to use.
  2. Make sure this iPhone uses the Apple Account that paid.
  3. Open a Bucko membership screen.
  4. Tap Restore purchases and keep the app open.

If access does not update, close and reopen Bucko, then try once more. If it still fails, email us with the Bucko account email, purchase date, and plan name. Do not send your receipt's full transaction details.

Bought on bucko.ai? Use the same Bucko email in the iOS app. Apple's subscription page will not show or manage a web purchase.

Account deletion

Your account stays under your control

You can start permanent deletion inside the app. You do not need to buy a plan to reach this control.

  1. 1

In Bucko, open the You tab.

  2. 2

Find Your account and data, then tap Delete my account.

  3. 3

Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

Important: Deleting your Bucko account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it separately in Apple subscriptions if you do not want it to renew.

Stuck on the membership screen? Tap Account & data there. If you cannot open Bucko, email support@bucko.ai from your account email. We will need to verify that the account is yours.

Read the Privacy Policy for details about deletion and records we may need to keep.

Before you use a number

Prices may be delayed

Market prices in Bucko can be delayed by 15 minutes or more. Check the source time shown in the app, then verify important numbers with your broker or exchange.

Education, not financial advice

Bucko helps you learn, research, and think through a plan. AI answers, chart reads, projections, and company matches can be wrong, stale, or incomplete. Bucko does not promise returns. You make the final call.

Quick troubleshooting

Try these before you email

Sign-in trouble

  • Use the same sign-in method and email you used before.
  • If you used Hide My Email, choose Continue with Apple again.
  • Update Bucko, check your connection, then close and reopen the app.
  • Send us the exact error message if it still fails.

Camera trouble

  • Open iPhone Settings, search for Bucko, and turn Camera on.
  • Close and reopen Bucko after changing permission.
  • Use good light, clean the lens, and keep one clear brand in frame.
  • Try a new camera scan if a saved photo does not qualify for XP.

Voice trouble

  • Voice tools may not be available in every app version or account yet.
  • If Voice appears, turn on Microphone access for Bucko in Settings.
  • Turn up media volume and check whether sound is going to Bluetooth.
  • End the session, reopen Bucko, and try on a steady connection.
